How do I purchase and receive my e-tickets?

Simply navigate to the event page, select your ticket type (General, VIP, etc.), and click Buy Now. You’ll be prompted to enter your name and email, then complete payment via our secure gateway (credit/debit card). Immediately after purchase you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your unique e-ticket and QR code.

How do I check in at the event with my e-ticket?

On event day, simply open the confirmation email or your mobile wallet, display the QR code on your smartphone, and scan it at the entrance. If you prefer a printed copy, you can print the PDF e-ticket. Each QR code is single-use and instantly validated by our check-in staff or mobile app.

What happens if I share my e-ticket QR code with someone else?

Each QR code is single-use and tied to your purchase. If someone else scans it first, your ticket will be marked as used and you’ll lose entry. Treat your e-ticket like cash—keep your QR code private and secure.
